Our CCO Gianluigi Mistè spoke about the future of AI in engineering — not as a replacement for physical understanding, but as a way to remove the waiting time between a design idea and the evidence needed to judge it. When a simulation takes hours, engineers test the options they already believe in. When it takes seconds, they can afford to be curious, and that is where better designs come from.
A particular highlight: as an aerospace engineer, Gianluigi had the privilege of meeting Franco Malerba, Italy’s first astronaut — a moment that connected past achievements with future ambitions. 🚀
