Andrea is not new to Spaider. He joined us as an intern working on generative geometry applied to industrial design — the same family of methods now behind the latent-space design tools in our platform — before going on to complete his master’s in Physics of Data at the University of Padova.
That background is exactly what this role needs. Selling AI-accelerated simulation is a technical conversation: it means understanding an engineer’s workflow, and being honest about what a surrogate model can and cannot do. Having built these methods himself, Andrea can have that conversation properly.
